1.     Imposition of Fines:  To impose the accumulated and continuing fines in accordance with Florida Statute 720.305 in support of the Association's Declaration, Enforcement Policy and other allowed rights against lot owners who have already been noticed of their violation.

2.     Suspension of Delinquent Accounts: To appoint the following persons to a Hearing Panel Committee in accordance with Florida Statute 720.305 in support of the Association's Declaration, Enforcement Policy and other allowed rights for the purpose of fining and suspending the use of common areas and voting rights of a member who has violated the Rules, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Association.  These persons shall serve until such time they resign or are removed by the Board and represent that they are not officers, directors, or employees of the association, or the spouse, parent, child, brother, or sister of an officer, director, or employee.  The President shall appoint no less than 3 persons from this Committee to serve on the Hearing Panel upon a request for hearing by the member.
